As an AEM Developer you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of BoxEver servicing both Angular and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) tech stacks. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BoxEver leveraging both Angular and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) tech stacks to ensure seamless functionality and user experience
• Design and implement AEM templates and components to create dynamic and responsive web pages
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate customer data platforms (CDP) and personalization features into AEM-driven experience enhancing user engagement and satisfaction
• Utilize your expertise in JavaScript, CSS and cloud-based development to optimize the performance, scalability and security of BoxEver
• Implement and consume REST APIs and batch APIs for seamless data exchange and integration with external systems ensuring robust and efficient communication channels
• Develop and maintain BoxEver decision models, AB tests, full-stack flows, legacy flows, decision engines and batch flows contributing to continuous improvement and innovation in digital offerings
• Plan and execute experimentation and A/B testing initiatives including sample size calculation and activity duration calculation to evaluate and optimize user interactions and conversion rates
• Conduct cross-browser platform debugging to ensure compatibility and consistency across various devices and browsers delivering a superior user experience
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies related to AEM development, digital marketing and customer experience optimization

Requirements

• Knowledge of the following technologies: JavaScript, CSS, Cloud based development
• Understanding of CDP (Customer Data Platforms) and Personalization are an advantage
• Experience in free marker programming, JavaScript programming, JQuery, CSS3 and HTML
• Experience in BoxEver/Any Rest API's and Batch API development and consume
• Knowledge of BoxEver decision models, AB tests, Full stack flows, Legacy flows, Decision engines and batch flows
• Experimentation and A/B testing experience, sample size calculation/activity duration calculation
• Debugging experience in cross- browser platform
• Knowledge of AEM Templates and Web Infrastructure Fundamentals
