We are looking for a Senior D365 Functional Consultant to join their team of engineers and developers.

As a Senior D365 Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, configuring Dynamics 365, and developing user adoption strategies.

You will work closely with Dynamics Developers to ensure technical solutions align with business requirements and functional configurations.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements through workshops, interviews, and process analysis for Dynamics 365 implementation
• Configure Dynamics 365 out-of-the-box functionality based on documented requirements and best practices
• Conduct user training sessions and develop user adoption strategies to ensure successful implementation and utilization of Dynamics 365
• Collaborate with Dynamics Developers to ensure technical solutions align with business requirements and functional configurations
• Provide ongoing support, guidance, and recommendations for system enhancements and optimization

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Functional Consultant specializing in Power Platform and Dynamics 365, with a track record of delivering successful projects
• In-depth knowledge of Dynamics capabilities and experience configuring complex solutions
• Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dynamics 365 configuration
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts and recommendations to stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• B2+ English level

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate or Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant Associate
