ABOUT POSITION

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in implementing RPA solutions, preferably with expertise in Power Automate (including Desktop) or UIPath. As a Business Analyst specializing in RPA, you will play a crucial role in analyzing business processes, identifying automation opportunities, and designing solutions to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.

What You’ll Do

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify areas suitable for automation using RPA technology
Analyze, document, and streamline existing business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Work closely with RPA developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs
Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments to evaluate the potential benefits and risks of implementing RPA solutions
Develop business cases and ROI analyses to justify RPA initiatives and secure buy-in from key stakeholders
Assist in the development of RPA prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and pilot projects to demonstrate capabilities and validate solutions
Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support during the implementation and deployment of RPA solutions
Monitor and evaluate the performance of deployed RPA bots, identify issues, and recommend enhancements or optimizations as needed
Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption and utilization of RPA tools and solutions

What You Have

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Minimum of 4 years of experience working as a Business Analyst, with a focus on process automation and RPA
Proven experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools, preferably Power Automate (including Desktop) or UIPath
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex business processes and identify automation opportunities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and project management principles
Certification in RPA technologies is a plus
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies is desirable
