We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead AWS DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team, offering various DevOps-related services to product teams within an internationally acclaimed pharmaceutical company.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the Jenkins service provided as a platform for dozens of independent product teams. You will also continuously improve Jenkins service architecture, delivery process, monitoring, and user experience while maintaining service knowledge base and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain Jenkins service provided as a platform for dozens of independent product teams
• Continuously improve Jenkins service architecture, delivery process, monitoring, and user experience
• Maintain service knowledge base and documentation
• Consult, support, and develop pipelines from scratch for Jenkins users
• Maintain and improve Jenkins shared library

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing and managing CI/CD processes
• 1+ year of relevant leadership experience
• Strong track record supporting Jenkins instances as a shared platform for end users
• Proficiency in developing and maintaining Jenkins pipelines and shared libraries
• Expertise in infrastructure as code (IaC) principles and tools
• Experience with Terraform
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with AWS services, particularly EC2 and EKS
• Solid understanding of Linux systems and administration
• Proficiency in scripting languages for automation (e.g., Bash, Python)
• Experience in implementing monitoring solutions for applications and infrastructure
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated service owner mindset, taking ownership of the services and driving continuous improvement
• B2+ English level proficiency

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Prometheus monitoring system
• Experience with Chef configuration management tool
