Responsibilities

• Develop new components and features for our full stack applications
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use on both client and server side
• Write, audit, and improve our test coverage
• Document and refactor our codebase ensuring high quality coding standards
• Participation in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging
• Profiling and improving front-end and back-end performance
• Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performance applications
• Integration of user-facing elements with server side logic
• Implementation and maintenance of security and data protection features
• Collaborate with team members to design, develop, test, and deploy high performance cloud-based applications

Requirements

• Extensive experience in React.js, Next.js, Node.js
• Familiarity with AWS services
• Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML5/CSS3
• English: B2 and higher ( writing and speaking)
• Leadership experience with a technology team, including effective delegation of tasks and issue resolution
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated experience in effectively communicating technical issues and solutions to both technical and non-technical clients
• Strong understanding and experience of system design, data structures, and algorithms
• Ability to write efficient, secure, well-documented, and clean JavaScript code
• Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest or Mocha
• Understanding of server-side rendering and its benefits and use cases
