We are looking for a Senior Business Solution Architect with expertise in Salesforce products and best practices to join our remote team.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire Salesforce solution and architecting solutions that meet business requirements and follow best practices.

You will lead daily scrums and assist the team in removing any impediments, as well as provide incremental demonstrations during sprint review ceremonies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 12 years of practical hands-on experience in software development
• At least 3 projects in a technical team lead role with constant hands-on work during the last 3 years
• At least 2 years of experience as a Business Solution Architect
• Strong experience in Salesforce Field Service, Salesforce Sales Cloud, and Salesforce Service Cloud
• Salesforce Administrator Certified, Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant Certified, and Salesforce Platform App Builder Certified
• Experience with Agile methodology
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills in English at a B2 level or higher
• Expertise in providing solutions based on Salesforce best practices
