We are seeking a Lead Salesforce Testing Engineer to join our team and lead the testing efforts for our Salesforce applications.

As a Lead Salesforce Testing Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that the Salesforce applications meet high-quality standards and are delivered on time.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage testing efforts for Salesforce.com applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and design test plans and cases
• Execute tests, identify defects, and provide feedback to the development team to ensure that issues are resolved promptly
• Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts
• Ensure that testing is completed on time and meets high-quality standards
• Provide status updates and reports to project stakeholders

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in software quality assurance
• 5+ years of experience testing Salesforce.com applications
• Good knowledge of the Salesforce.com platform including best practices, functionality, and configuration
• Understanding of Health Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Sales Cloud
• Salesforce.com certifications (e.g., Certified Administrator) are mandatory
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English at a B2 level

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer
• Experience with REST API
