Description

We seek a skilled Revenue Forecasting Analyst with a strong background in Accounting and Finance to join our Business Partnering Service unit and contribute to our team's success.

As a team member, you will work alongside 300+ specialists to support EPAM's Global Finance department in managing administrative and financial functions related to EPAM's relationships with clients.

What You’ll Do

• Communicate effectively with account/sales managers
• Prepare and present reports analyzing AM's/SM's performance, key financial and management reports
• Calculate and optimize sales commissions
• Build contract-based analytics
• Generate Ad-Hoc reports as needed
• Support and develop solutions on the BI platform
• Monitor and control data quality in internal systems
• Align information between different data sources

What You Have

• Bachelor's degree in Economics
• Strong understanding of accounting principles
• Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to work with Macros
• Continuous self-development at the intersection of economic and technical trends
• Knowledge of basic DWH concepts
• Experience with BI platforms
• Data modelling and dashboard development experience
• Upper-Intermediate level of English

Nice to have

• Familiarity with MS SQL
