We are seeking an experienced remote Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team and lead our latest project focused on delivering Salesforce solutions to our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and facilitating requirements workshops, guiding customers on how to prioritize their requirements, and mapping AS-IS and TO-BE processes.

Responsibilities

• Leads functional client discussions, requirements refinement sessions, demonstrations, walk-throughs, and leads knowledge transfer activities for target audiences
• Plan and facilitate requirements workshops, gather requirements, and obtain sign-off
• Guide customers on how to prioritize their requirements
• Map AS-IS and TO-BE processes
• Map requirements to Salesforce functionalities, ensuring proposed designs meet client requirements
• Deliver demos to help customers understand project progress and validate
• Review test scripts and outputs, ensuring the solution meets requirements
• Support clients through UAT, triaging bugs, and controlling scope during the critical period of the project
• Perform root cause analysis and propose fixes for bugs
• Provide Train-the-Trainer documentation and sessions, supporting projects through post go-live & hypercare activities
• Assists with capacity planning, backlog prioritization, and sprint planning activities
• Collaborates with business solution architects and software architects to coordinate the creation of development tasks and solution design documentation
• Coordinates test activities with the quality assurance team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Must have at least 3 years of experience working on the Salesforce.com platform
• Previous consulting experience is preferred
• Salesforce Administrator Certification is a must-have
• Familiarity with Jira, LucidCharts, Visio, and the MS Office Suite
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Experience documenting business process diagrams and experience writing epics and user stories
• Agile methodology experience
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English at a B2+ level

Nice to have

• Experience with niche clouds like CPQ & Vlocity is a big plus
