We invite a Senior Salesforce Technical Architect to become part of our remote team.

Your main role will involve executing technical discovery, participating in future implementation cycles, and delivering key components. Your proficiency in Core Clouds, particularly Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud, will be instrumental for integration strategy, data management strategy, top-level solution architecture, data migration strategy, and preliminary recommendations concerning data quality.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop solutions for the Salesforce platform, ensuring alignment with business needs
• Work with cross-functional teams to formulate an integration strategy, data management strategy, and top-level solution architecture
• Align with DevOps Best Practices and offer Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimates for backlog items
• Guarantee data quality and make initial recommendations for data cleansing and validation
• Oversee data migration strategy and anticipate data migration effort
• Keep abreast of Salesforce technologies and propose enhancements to existing architecture
• Mentor junior team members and engage in knowledge sharing sessions

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in a Salesforce Architect role or similar, with experience in Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud projects
• Solid experience in executing technical discovery
• Demonstrated experience in implementation cycles and delivery of key components
• Understanding of data management strategy, data migration strategy, and DevOps Best Practices
• Expertise in data quality (cleansing, validation, etc.) and high-level data migration effort estimation
• Exceptional communication skills with ability to explain complex technical concepts to stakeholders
• Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level (C1)
• Spanish proficiency at a C1+ level for effective team and stakeholder communication

• Familiarity with Marketing Cloud and experience in the Hospitality industry
