DESCRIPTION
Join EPAM as a Business Solutions Architect specializing in Salesforce Primary Clouds.
In this role, you'll lead the discovery process from a business architecture perspective and participate in the development and rollout phases to deliver critical business solutions.

Responsibilities
- Executing discovery processes to gather and analyze business requirements from a business architecture perspective
- Leading the creation of EPIC-level backlogs, ensuring alignment with the RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) model
- Developing and maintaining the Salesforce Capability Map to align with business goals
- Designing and documenting Business Processes Architecture at Level 1 and Level 2
- Contributing to high-level solution architecture to ensure robust and scalable business solutions
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role and working within Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud
- Strong knowledge of Data Management in Salesforce and understanding of OWD, OLS, FLS
- Expertise in Lead and Account Management and familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Experience
- Proficiency in English and Spanish at C1 level or higher
- Strong problem-solving mindset and exceptional presentation skills
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Marketing Cloud
- Experience in the Hospitality industry
- Relevant certifications in Salesforce
