We are in search of a seasoned Senior Automation Tester in .NET to join our remote team.

As a Senior Automation Tester, your primary role involves crafting, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts for both web and API applications. Your proficiency in C#, utilization of Web UI Test Automation Tools, and mastery of Test Automation Frameworks within the .NET environment are essential for contributing to the team's goal of delivering top-notch software solutions. Collaborating with the development team is a key aspect of ensuring thorough testing and adherence to the necessary quality standards for all software applications.

Responsibilities

• Generate and sustain automated test scripts for both web and API applications
• Collaborate closely with the development team to guarantee comprehensive testing and compliance with quality standards
• Identify, scrutinize, and document defects, questionable functions, errors, and inconsistencies in software program functions, outputs, online screens, and content
• Develop test cases, test plans, and test reports
• Conduct manual testing as needed
• Provide insights into project timelines and deliverables
• Participate in code reviews, offering feedback on testability and automation
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in the realm of automated testing

Requirements

• A minimum of 3.5 years of hands-on experience in automated testing within the .NET environment
• Proficiency in C# programming
• Hands-on familiarity with Web UI Test Automation Tools
• Competence in Web Service and API Test Automation
• Knowledge of Version Control Systems like Git
• Solid understanding of Test Automation Framework Architecture in .NET and BDD Frameworks
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in a cross-functional team setting
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (B2 level)

Nice to have

• Previous exposure to WebdriverIO and Selenium
• Familiarity with RestSharp
• Background in load and performance testing
• Understanding of security testing concepts
