We are looking for a Chief Salesforce CPQ Business Analyst to join our team.

In the role of CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) functional authority, you will be collaborating with a cross-functional team that includes project managers, executives, sales, pricing, order, and billing teams. Your strategic management of the Salesforce system will ensure system configuration, maintenance, security, and data integrity. Additionally, you will spearhead key platform-wide projects that focus on CPQ and Billing systems, while also providing leadership and mentorship to a team of professionals.

Responsibilities

Serve as a functional expert in CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), closely collaborating with a variety of stakeholders including project managers, executives, sales, pricing, order, and billing teams
Strategically oversee the Salesforce system to ensure system configuration, maintenance, security, and data integrity
Drive extensive platform-wide projects with a focus on CPQ and Billing systems
Offer mentorship and leadership to a team of professionals

Requirements

Minimum of 7 years experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst/Administrator, with strong proficiency in Salesforce Lightning
At least 3 years experience with Salesforce CPQ
Demonstrable skills in design, architecture, and configuration within Salesforce environments
Familiarity with tools such as DocuSign and understanding of revenue recognition within Salesforce
Proficiency in automated deployment tools
Exceptional communication and leadership skills for effective mentoring and management of a team of professionals
Upper-Intermediate level of English for clear communication with stakeholders

Nice to have

Possession of Salesforce certification would be a plus
