Join our team as a Lead Salesforce CPQ Business Analyst.

This role requires a deep understanding of CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), and involves collaboration with a variety of stakeholders such as project managers, executives, sales, pricing, order, and billing teams. Your responsibilities will include strategic management of the Salesforce system, encompassing system configuration, maintenance, security, and data integrity. You will spearhead major platform-wide projects centered on CPQ and Billing systems while mentoring and managing a team of professionals.

Responsibilities

• Act as a CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) functional expert, working in collaboration with diverse stakeholders like project managers, executives, sales, pricing, order, and billing teams
• Strategically oversee the Salesforce system, including aspects like system configuration, maintenance, security, and data integrity
• Lead major projects across the platform, focusing on CPQ and Billing systems
• Provide mentorship and leadership to a team of professionals

Requirements

• Possess a minimum of 5 years' experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst/Administrator, demonstrating strong proficiency in Salesforce Lightning
• Have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ
• Display proficiency in design, architecture, and configuration within Salesforce environments
• Show familiarity with tools such as DocuSign and understanding of revenue recognition within Salesforce
• Demonstrate proficiency in automated deployment tools
• Possess excellent communication and leadership skills for effective team mentoring and management
• Have an upper-intermediate level of English language proficiency to communicate clearly with stakeholders

Nice to have

• Salesforce certification would be a plus
• Experience with other Salesforce products and integrations
