Join EPAM as a Jira Support Specialist!
In this role, you'll provide first-level support to our clients using Jira, ensuring business continuity via precise, punctual, and empathic support services.

Responsibilities
- Providing efficient and effective first-level support to customers using Jira
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through timely resolution of issues
- Continually improving technical skills and knowledge about Jira software
- Responding, diagnosing, resolving and tracking support queries and community support cases or forum threads
- Performing internal classification queries documenting classes of problems and preventative actions for further retroactive analysis
Requirements
- Proficiency in Jira software and its functionalities
- Experience in a technical support role, preferably dealing with project management software
- Familiarity with ITIL and service management and proficiency in using ticketing systems to track customer interactions and issue resolutions
- Basic knowledge of other project management tools and software and familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication skills
Nice to have
- Jira Administrator certification
- Experience in conducting training sessions
- Knowledge of other Atlassian products like Confluence
- Experience in working in a software development environment
