What You’ll Do

• Perform manual data processing: entry, categorization and update
• Create and update knowledge bases, keep project documentation up-to-date
• Perform manual checks of junior specialists’ inputs to ensure high quality of the results, act as a mentor for less experienced team members
• Participate in regular syncs and consistency checks across the team to ensure a uniform approach

What You Have

• Ability to independently process business correspondence
• Fast learning skills and the capacity to absorb constantly updated instructions
• High level of personal responsibility and accountability, strong attention to detail
• Team player mentality with a readiness to exchange knowledge and constant workflow updates
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• B2+ English level, both verbal and written

Nice to have

• B1+ level of German
• Background in finance, payments processing, customer support
• Experience of leading small teams
