Responsibilities

Monitor Windows-based systems and conduct basic network administration and troubleshooting
Administer patching and software deployment areas (SCCM and Intune)
Exhibit a high degree of independence in completing high-level tasks without explicit instructions
Troubleshoot and provide technical support for Windows-based systems
Create scripts using PowerShell for automation and other necessary tasks
Uphold ITIL standards and best practices for infrastructure support
Maintain and update infrastructure systems' technical documentation

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in Infrastructure Support Engineering
Profound knowledge of Windows-based systems monitoring, prior admin experience with SCOM is beneficial
Extensive experience in managing patching and software deployment areas (SCCM and Intune)
Proficient scripting skills (PowerShell)
Expertise in Windows Administration
Basic skills in network administration and troubleshooting
Advanced troubleshooting capabilities
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, at a B2+ level

Nice to have

Proficiency in Azure infrastructure (as an MS Systems Engineer)
Experience with virtualization (Hyper-V, VMWare, Failover clustering)
Proficiency in MS System Center - SCOM, SCCM, SCO, SC HVMM
Familiarity with NTFS
Experience with Office 365 and Microsoft Exchange
Knowledge of ITIL Foundation, ServiceNow, Asset Management (CMDB)
Experience in writing technical documentation in English
Basic understanding of network monitoring
Basic knowledge of databases and Jenkins administration
