Join our team as a Senior Java Full Stack Developer with ReactJS, where you'll provide technical excellence examples for a team of developers delivering software end-to-end.

You'll be working in the agile development team in Krakow. The team is responsible for developing and maintaining a suite of global client-facing financial applications integrated with various systems.

This role offers a hybrid model, with 3 days per week working from the client's office in Krakow, Poland.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical excellence example for a team of developers delivering software end-to-end
• Design, develop, implement, test, and deploy robust Java software components applying best development practices, in-line with agreed business requirements
• Collaborate with other IT teams globally as part of an agile scrum development team
• Assist production operations team in rollout and support-related matters, providing level 3 support
• Migrate applications to new technologies and into the cloud
• Communicate effectively with both business and tech stakeholders, challenging issues and proposing improved solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Java software development
• Strong skills in JavaScript, ReactJS, TypeScript, and SQL, with excellent design and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in integrating applications with various systems and technologies, including EMS and Web Services
• Good knowledge of Spring and Spring integration
• Experience with all aspects of the software development lifecycle, from requirements refinement to production deployment and support
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to mentor and guide less experienced developers
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and precisely across verticals
• Fluent in English at a B2 level

• Hands-on experience with Azure/AWS cloud
