Responsibilities

Execute discovery from a business architecture perspective to gather and analyze requirements
Oversee the setup and configuration of new SFMC instances and Business Units
Design and manage customer journeys and automation processes using Journey Builder and Automation Studio
Develop and maintain the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Capability Map
Design and document Business Processes Architecture at Level 1 and Level 2

Requirements

4-5 years of proven Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience and proficiency in AMPScript and SQL queries
Experience in Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder
Strong communication skills and requirements gathering ability
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator OR Email Specialist certification required
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant certification required and fluent in English (C1 according to the CEFR)
