We are seeking a Native Cloud Developer with a background in using Python as the primary language for business logic implementation on the AWS platform. Your role will involve the development and architecture of cloud-native applications using various AWS services for our client in the insurance industry.

What You’ll Do

Design, develop, and maintain applications using AWS services and Python on the AWS cloud platform
Utilize the AWS Cloud Development Kit (CDK) for infrastructure provisioning and management
Develop serverless applications using AWS Lambda and implement event-based architectures using SQS, SNS, and the Fan-Out pattern
Work with Amazon DynamoDB for data storage and retrieval
Implement APIs and integrate with various systems using API Gateway, ensuring secure authentication with OAuth and Auth0 frameworks

What You Have

Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda, event-based architectures (SQS, SNS, Fan-Out pattern), API Gateway, and service customization
Familiarity with AWS Cloud Development Kit (CDK), IAM, VPC, and AWS Glue
Experience with SQL and noSQL databases, specifically MS SQL and DynamoDB
Proficiency in Python with strong knowledge of object-oriented programming features and data structure
Understanding of CI/CD practices through GitHub and Bamboo
Knowledge of security frameworks, particularly OAuth and Auth0
