We are looking for a Data Migration Consultant to join our team in the Czech Republic. The team is responsible for ensuring data cleansing is taking place by tracking progress and global migration tools are set up according to the project needs.

What You’ll Do

Data migration, cleansing, validation and reconciliation planning and execution
Manage overall communications and provides weekly Data & ERP Readiness status reports
Defines scope of data migration objects together with global data team and local data owners
Coordinate the profiling activities and define and run process for data readiness assessment with global data team and local data owners
Manage the regional and local data team and coordinate activities
Accountable for plans and execution of mock and productive data loads and validations
Select and coordinate the required resources ensuring proper assignment to tasks, defining priorities and leading overall reporting of stream activities status

What you bring

International team management experience
Cross-functional expertise/knowledge and strong leadership; can thrive in an international, matrix-based organization
Strong communication and negotiation skills, good stakeholder management
10 years + ERP project implementation background
Fluent in English (additional languages preferred)
Strategic and hands-on way of working (running meetings, tracking progress, managing issues)
Deep experience in data migration management in multi-country / multi-systems environment
SAP Certified in at least one relevant functional area, with hands-on knowledge of SAP BODS
Knowledge of GxP and CSV
