We are looking for an Associate Manager to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary contact for APAC Business Development Managers and collaborate closely with our global account managers. You will play a critical role in staffing supply and management in China while enhancing operational efficiency and processes. Your valuable insights, provided through internal reporting, will directly influence staffing strategies and facilitate improvements. This role presents a unique opportunity to influence, manage, and collaborate at multiple levels within the organization.

Responsibilities

Report to Country Head & Delivery Head in China on overall staffing supply and demand planning & management in China
Manage China Delivery Operations team for supporting staffing, project & delivery operations tasks
Be the primary contact point for APAC Business Development Managers, global Account Managers and Workforce Planning & Management (WPM) team on staffing demand from China
Prioritize staffing requirements among all China delivery locations by working with China Delivery Management
Improve local staffing processes by aligning with global processes with local specifics
Improve operation efficiency in areas of staffing and recruiting
Prepare regular updates to the senior management based on internal analytical reports for effectively tracking staffing progress and identifying areas for improvements

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above
At least 3 years of experience in Software Engineering, Software Development domain as Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Staffing Manager or PMO Manager
Able to lead and engage people in a conversation, moderate small and large meetings, solid skills in preparing slide decks and visual materials
Positive interpersonal skills: proactivity, diligence and accuracy
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Upper Intermediate (CEFR B2) or higher level of spoken and written English
