DESCRIPTION

We are looking for IT Digital Workplace Engineer to join our Team in Hungary.

What You’ll Do

The IT Digital Workplace Engineer will work as a part of the IT Infrastructure team, to oversee the delivery of IT Digital Workplace Infrastructure
This team is responsible for the strategic direction of the end user computing experience (hardware and OS standards). Additionally, this team defines requirements and develops solutions using current and next generation technologies. This includes but is not limited to: SCCM, Intune, PowerShell, Azure, etc. This position requires extensive knowledge and experience in OS builds and troubleshooting (Windows 10, Windows 11, Mac OSX)

What You Have

Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
Responsible for designing, documenting, testing and maintaining the global Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM + Intune) infrastructure
Intune experience to manage all BYOD devices including Windows, Macs, and mobile devices. Proper segmentation of scopes/tags to ensure no overlap
Migrate, support and engineer solutions for O365 (M365), OneDrive and SharePoint/Teams on Windows, Macs and mobile devices
Provide 3rd level support for all things related to OS, builds, application support and all other areas in our purview
Managing projects, keeping track of deliverables and working independently are a must
Extensive Experience with SCCM for builds, application deployment, patching and reporting
Develop technical documentation (build, testing, checklists, etc.) for new versions/releases, patches and OS configurations
Contribute to the development and continued maintenance of internal processes in line with operational and business requirements
