Our remote team is in need of a Senior JavaScript Developer to collaborate on our Market Depth Visualization Tools.

The main role will involve rendering high-quality, proficient, and maintainable code with a specialization in JavaScript and REST API. Interaction with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders will be crucial to deliver a web tool inclusive of man pages and run-books based on the factset.io stack. Responsibilities

• Engaging with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders to produce high-quality, proficient, and maintainable code
• Creating complex web applications using the factset.io stack and VueJS
• Designing REST APIs for back-end system integration and data analysis
• Upholding code quality and maintainability through code reviews, testing, and debugging
• Involvement in Agile software development methodologies, including daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Input into the ongoing enhancement of the development process
• Guiding junior team members and aiding in their technological development and growth

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in JavaScript development, with exposure to VueJS
• Solid experience with REST API and data analysis techniques
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with meticulous attention to detail
• Proficiency in using Git or other version control systems for collaborative software development
• Specialization in developing proficient and maintainable code, with emphasis on performance and scalability
• Prior experience in Agile software development methodologies
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written, to ensure effective communication with team members and stakeholders
