Responsibilities

Working directly with the client to gather all the requirements and manage expectations
Conducting research activities (if needed) to gather data to prove or disprove hypotheses and use this outcome in further design decisions
Working hands-on to deliver the most efficient design solutions using rapid iterations of concepts and testing
Contribute to establishment of the delivery process on the project to make it as efficient as possible
Playing an active role in cross-country department life, knowledge sharing, and community building

Requirements

3+ years of professional experience in UX Design
A track record of delivering value and achieving successful outcomes, as well as learning from failures
A commitment to ongoing professional growth and self-improvement
Consistently high-quality delivery, supported by strong reasoning and evidence
An agile mindset that balances business goals with a focus on user needs
English communication skills at B2+ level of proficiency

Nice to have

Proficiency in using both qualitative and quantitative research methods in appropriate contexts
Knowledge of specific domains such as Salesforce and SAP
Familiarity with modern concepts such as LLMs, machine learning, and blockchain
