We are in search of a Chief Salesforce CPQ Business Analyst to become a part of our team.

In this capacity, you'll play the role of a functional specialist in CPQ, working closely with numerous stakeholders including project managers, executives, sales, pricing, order, and billing teams. Your responsibilities will extend to the strategic management of the Salesforce system encompassing system configuration, maintenance, security, and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Function as a specialist in CPQ, working closely with a range of stakeholders including project managers, executives, sales, pricing, order, and billing teams
• Lead large-scale platform-wide projects that focus on CPQ and Billing systems, while providing guidance and management to a team of professionals
• Strategically oversee the Salesforce system, including aspects such as system configuration, maintenance, security, and data integrity

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst/Administrator, with a strong skill set in Salesforce Lightning
• At least 5 years of experience with Salesforce CPQ
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in leading software development teams, displaying strong leadership skills
• Demonstrated hands-on design, architecture, and configuration skills within Salesforce environments
• Proficiency with Salesforce Apex
• Familiarity with tools such as DocuSign and a comprehensive understanding of revenue recognition within Salesforce
• Skilled in automated deployment tools
• English language proficiency at a B2+ level
