Currently, for one of our Clients from the automotive industry, we are looking for an IT Helpdesk Specialist with proficiency in German.
This is a customer-facing position with strong language skills.
It is a fully remote position offering you the flexibility to work from any location in Poland, whether it's your home or one of our well-equipped offices in Gdansk, Katowice, Krakow, Lodz, Warsaw, or Wroclaw.

- Troubleshooting: Ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues
- 1st and 2nd level support: Ability to handle more complex requests independently
- Customer service: Providing excellent customer support and service quality
- Documentation: Accurate documentation of all requests and solutions
- Teamwork: Working with technicians and engineers to find solutions
- Incident management: Management and tracking of incidents and service requests
- Process improvement: Contribution to process optimization and efficient operations
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English (at least B2 level)
- Strong communication skills: Must be able to analyze and communicate requests clearly
- Technical knowledge: A basic understanding of Apache NiFi, Splunk and Elastic
- Consulting skills: Ability to provide customer advice and problem solving
- Escalation processes: Knowledge of escalation paths and procedures
- Multi-tasking: Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously
- Continuing education: Willingness to continuously train in the technologies mentioned
