We're seeking a Lead UX Designer to join our Ecosystem Enterprise Foundations team. As a crucial part of the cross-functional leadership team, you'll have an exceptional opportunity to shape high-quality integration experiences for our client's products, empowering our dynamic ecosystem of the product's marketplace partners to successfully develop apps on our cloud platform.

As the Lead UX Designer, you'll lead and contribute to the team's strategy and vision for improving the trust posture of the cloud platform. You'll also play a significant role in fostering the design craft by mentoring other designers on the team.

What You’ll Do

Make a significant impact at scale: as a designer involved in everything from product strategy to UI implementation, your work will have a tremendous customer influence
Exercise a great deal of ownership and autonomy across the entire design process; rather than focusing on individual features, you'll have the chance to outline the end-to-end experience
Collaborate with some of the industry's brightest (and most amiable) individuals. On a daily basis, work with a dynamic, multidisciplinary product team, collaborating closely with engineers, product managers, content designers, researchers, marketing experts, and analysts to champion the user experience in our products and deliver high-quality work
Be a true advocate for our customers and partners. Taking design seriously, and in alignment with one of our core values we aim to become an experience-led company
Manage branding and design for the internal developer platform's documentation site

What You Have

10+ years of experience with 5+ years of professional UX/product design experience, preferably in designing complex enterprise-level software or working with dual-sided SaaS platforms
Ability to steer the user-centred design process to address complex problems for our customers and marketplace partners
Skills in asynchronous and written communication: creating proposals, driving decisions, and presenting ideas
Strong facilitation and cross-functional collaboration skillset: you can demonstrate the capacity to work across various teams, solicit and synthesize feedback, and facilitate design discussions
Flexibility and openness to an iterative design process - continually sketching, showcasing work-in-progress, validating with customers and data, iterating, shipping, learning, and growing
Experience with conducting and applying customer research, including design thinking, prototyping, and conceptual modelling
Capability to define projects and measures of success, test your assumptions and outcomes, and continuously incorporate feedback
Experience in enhancing processes and methodologies
