Join EPAM as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Technical Architect.

In this role, you'll design and implement scalable and robust Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, lead and manage large-scale, global projects, and provide technical guidance to development teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable and robust Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions
• Utilize Salesforce configurations, VisualForce, Apex classes, APEX Web services, APIs, AppExchange deployment, Flow, Aura components, and Lightning web components
• Lead and manage large-scale, global projects with a proven track record of successful delivery
• Respond to changes impacting the program, deal with uncertainties, and proactively resolve issues to deliver optimal outcomes
• Work within Agile methodology and product scrum teams to ensure efficient project delivery and continuous improvement
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations

Requirements

• Strong practical development knowledge of Salesforce configurations, VisualForce, Apex classes, APEX Web services, API, AppExchange deployment, Flow, Aura components, and Lightning web components
• Proficiency in Marketing Cloud with a deep understanding of its functionalities and integrations
• Significant experience in a similar role, particularly in managing global and large-scale projects
• Proven capacity to adapt to changing conditions, manage uncertainties, and deliver the best possible outcomes
• Good understanding and practical experience with Agile methodology and working within product scrum teams
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication, presentation, and writing skills
• Ability to work effectively in a high-paced, fluid, multi-cultural, and multi-disciplinary team environment

Nice to have

• Salesforce Certified Application Architect and/or Salesforce Certified System Architect certification is an advantage
