Responsibilities

• Working directly with the client to gather all the requirements and manage expectations
• Conducting research activities (if needed) to gather data to prove or disprove hypotheses and use this outcome in further design decisions
• Working hands-on to deliver the most efficient design solutions using rapid iterations of concepts and testing
• Contribute to establishment of the delivery process on the project to make it as efficient as possible
• Playing an active role in cross-country department life, knowledge sharing, and community building

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in UX Design
• A track record of delivering value and achieving successful outcomes, as well as learning from failures
• A commitment to ongoing professional growth and self-improvement
• Consistently high-quality delivery, supported by strong reasoning and evidence
• An agile mindset that balances business goals with a focus on user needs
• English communication skills at B2+ level of proficiency

Nice to have

• Proficiency in using both qualitative and quantitative research methods in appropriate contexts
• Knowledge of specific domains such as Salesforce and SAP
• Familiarity with modern concepts such as LLMs, machine learning, and blockchain
