We are looking for an experienced Lead Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant with extensive expertise in Oracle Fusion applications. The consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle EBS/Fusion applications to meet business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle EBS/Fusion applications to meet business requirements
• Utilize functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion modules (Financials, SCM, HCM) for consulting tasks
• Maintain effective communication with cross-functional teams, stakeholders and end-users for smooth functioning
• Provide mentorship and guidance to the team

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience working with Oracle Fusion application
• 1+ year of relevant leadership experience
• Experience in implementing, configuring and supporting Oracle applications
• Oracle Database and SQL knowledge
• Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, functional configuration and providing solutions to improve business processes using Oracle Fusion functionalities
• Strong root cause analysis and code debugging skills
• Experience in data migration and integration projects
• Domain expertise in specific areas such as Finance, Manufacturing or HR/Payrol
• Experience in Support Life Cycle and SLA managemen
• Understanding of Agile methodologie
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to analyze complex business processes
• B2+ English level proficiency

• Knowledge of Hyperion/EPM/PBCS
