Service Delivery Manager Description
DESCRIPTION
Join EPAM as a Service Delivery Manager.
In this role, you'll be responsible for Scrum team and organization, proactively identify areas for improvement in the platform, and facilitate the creation of plans and roadmaps.
If you have 4+ years of experience in managing projects and delivering services, proficiency in ITIL processes, and excellent communication skills, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for Scrum team and organization
- Close the communication gaps between L2 and L3 support
- Proactively identify areas for improvement in the platform
- Introduce or enhance current framework processes, such as incident management
- Facilitate the creation of plans and roadmaps
- Monitor progress and regularly report status
- Set up and execute the issue escalation process
- Establish effective collaboration with delivery teams, including handovers
- Set up communication loops for Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) improvements
- Ensure projects meet success criteria
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in managing projects and delivering services
- Proficient in Change Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, and other ITIL processes
- Excellent ability to communicate directly with key stakeholders from the client side
- Experience in managing support operations and teams
- Strong ability to understand both functional and technical requirements
- Lead by example, demonstrating strong leadership and motivational skills
- Experience working in a multicultural environment
- Great English communication skills (C1/C1+)

- Technical background in Application Development
- Software Architecture experience
