This position of Senior Business Analyst is an exceptional opportunity for a highly skilled individual in the field of business analysis aiming to make a significant impact for a globally recognized customer. Our client, a leading global provider of property, casualty, specialty insurance is searching for a dedicated professional who can understand, evaluate and address complex business challenges.

Responsibilities

• Identify and translate business needs into clearly defined requirements
• Develop requirements documentation inclusive of user stories/ use cases, process flows, data flows and report mock-ups
• Plan, facilitate, and conduct requirements gathering sessions, meetings, and presentations
• Collaborate with development and testing teams to provide subject matter expertise, ensure that out of the box functionality is leveraged and to assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues
• Ensure that proposed solutions are focused on improving efficiency and effectiveness of the business processes, and are consistent across products where possible

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as Business analyst or System analyst
• Experience with insurance area (complex systems - banking, transaction processing systems)
• Working knowledge of business analysis documentation standards
• Experienced with both SCRUM and RUP methodologies and business analysis methodologies
• Experienced with both SCRUM and RUP methodologies and business analysis methodologies
• Keeping requirements documentation and user-stories up to date
• Hands-on experience writing user stories
• Upper-Intermediate level of English
• Ability to work from 10-11 am to 7-8pm by Kyiv
