We have an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional as a Lead MS Dynamics ERP Consultant for our client, a front-runner in the commercial vehicle manufacturing sector within the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Requirements Analysis and Test Strategy:
  • Develop comprehensive test strategies, plans, and documentation aligned with the Dynamics 365 Production needs
  • Mentor team members in understanding requirements and translating them into effective test cases
• Test Documentation Development and Review:
  • Oversee the creation and review of test cases, checklists, and plans
  • Ensure the quality and coverage of test documentation, validating that it addresses various scenarios thoroughly
• Bug Management and Verification:
  • Manage the bug reporting process, ensuring accurate documentation and tracking of identified issues
  • Lead bug verification activities, validating fixes and collaborating with development teams for resolution
• Team Leadership and Collaboration:
  • Provide leadership to the QA team, offering guidance, training, and mentorship for testing activities
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to align QA efforts with project goals
• QA Status Reporting and Stakeholder Communication:
  • Prepare and present regular QA status reports, highlighting progress, challenges, and recommendations
• Process Improvement and Best Practices:
  • Champion best practices in QA, fostering a culture of quality excellence within the team

Requirements

• Proven experience in QA leadership roles, preferably with a focus on Dynamics 365 Production or similar ERP systems
• Strong expertise in requirements analysis, test strategy formulation, and comprehensive test documentation
• Proficiency in bug tracking tools and experience in managing bug lifecycle processes
• In-depth knowledge of QA methodologies, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives
