We are actively seeking a Product Manager - Exchange Traded Derivative to join our team.

With a focus on business analysis and product management, you will play a key role in leveraging your expertise in OTC Traded Financial Instruments. Your responsibilities will include analyzing the Clearing business for ETD and OTC, understanding product lifecycles and markets, and managing stakeholder communications.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the Clearing business for ETD and OTC, including product lifecycles and markets
• Address market and regulatory changes, understanding their impact on the IT F2B stack
• Effectively communicate with stakeholders to gather and analyze system requirements
• Manage and prioritize product management activities systematically
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure comprehensive understanding of business and technical requirements
• Stay updated on evolving market and regulatory changes and their impact on product management
• Assist in defining and enforcing quality standards for product management
• Provide valuable inputs in product management meetings based on thorough analysis
• Ensure adherence to modern software development processes such as Agile
• Remain updated on the latest business analysis tools and strategies

Requirements

• Minimum of 13-18 years of experience in Business Analysis with a focus on ETD or OTC
• Deep understanding of the Clearing business for ETD and ideally OTC, including product lifecycles and markets, CCP/Venue
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address market and regulatory changes, and their impact on the IT F2B stack
• Proficiency in querying data sources with mid-level SQL skills
• Effective stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience in modern software development processes such as Agile and incremental delivery

Nice to have

• Experience with modern financial technologies and platforms
• Knowledge of derivative trading platforms and tools
• Understanding of regulatory requirements in the financial industry
