We are seeking a dynamic and experienced D365 SCM Production Consultant to join our team, playing a key role in the implementation of D365 SCM for two large manufacturing plants in the APAC region.

This is a fully remote position that provides the flexibility to work from any location in Poland, including well-equipped offices in Gdansk, Katowice, Krakow, Lodz, Warsaw, or Wroclaw.

The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Poland.

The ideal candidate for this role is expected to possess a strong understanding of supply business processes, with a specific focus on Production and associated functionality configurations within D365 SCM.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all aspects of the solution implementation, from analyzing customer business requirements to configuring the Microsoft Dynamics application, particularly in D365 SCM (production planning & execution)
• Collaborate with the Project Manager and other internal and external teams to ensure comprehensive requirements aligned with business objectives and a full understanding of current business processes
• Provide in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics SCM, evaluating customer business processes against standard Microsoft Dynamics functionality
• Demonstrate experience in the prescribed Microsoft Dynamics implementation methodology, understanding key activities and deliverables for client engagement and internal projects
• Document business requirements, expressing the necessary actions and expected outcomes of the solution
• Configure and customize the Microsoft Dynamics application to meet customer business requirements
• Facilitate customer decision-making processes and develop functional design documents for any required modifications/customizations
• Conduct acceptance testing and train customer resources to successfully use and maintain the Microsoft Dynamics application
• Possess industry experience and an understanding of challenges and risks in implementing vertical applications

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of consulting experience in business applications with a focus on business modeling and software implementation
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and understand business problems, model data and processes, conduct workshops and training sessions, and plan and carry out system and user acceptance testing
• Familiarity and experience with core application functionality, application technology stack, implementation methodology, and industry knowledge
• High degree of insight and analytical skill
• Team-oriented; willing to align work with the team’s priorities and goals
• Ability to influence, negotiate, and build consensus
• Strong time management skills and multitasking abilities
• Skilled in organizational change
