Our client is currently undergoing ongoing development of their core application and is seeking an individual with expertise in Python, web frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask, SQL databases, and Amazon Web Services.

As a member of the client's team, you will contribute to the continuous improvement and enhancement of the company's core application.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the client's team to develop and maintain the core application using Python
Participate in the design, development, and implementation of software solutions
Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality and best practices are maintained
Work closely with the client's team to understand project requirements and deliver solutions accordingly
Contribute to the continuous improvement and optimization of the core application
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in the application's production and non-production environments
Communicate effectively with the client's team to provide updates on project progress and discuss technical solutions
Adhere to project timelines and deliver high-quality code that meets the project requirements
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for the enhancement of the core application
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components

Requirements

At least 2 years of practical experience as a Python Developer
Proficiency in web frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask
Experience with SQL databases for application development
Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS) for cloud-based solutions
Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative and friendly client team
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Proven ability to deliver high-quality code and meet project deadlines
Experience in working with Agile methodologies for software development
Knowledge of software design principles and best practices
Excellent command of English language for both spoken and written communication

Nice to have

Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes for application deployment
