We are looking for a Project Manager with extensive SAP experience, preferably with ECC or Hana. The ideal candidate has full-cycle project management experience, from initiation to completion, and is skilled in reviewing SOWs, defining service scopes, assessing assumptions, and managing project risks.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects throughout the entire lifecycle from initiation to completion
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with stakeholders
• Direct and manage project development from beginning to end
• Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
• Review and approve project SOWs, and define the scope of services
• Conduct project risk assessments, including identifying risks, assessing impacts, and developing mitigation and contingency plans
• Monitor and report on project progress regularly to stakeholders
• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans
• Provide direction and support to the project team

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in project management
• Proven experience in SAP project management, preferably with a focus on ECC or Hana
• Solid experience in reviewing and approving project SOWs, defining scopes of services, and evaluating assumptions and risks
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently, managing resources, timelines, and deliverables in a timely manner
• Strong problem-solving skills with a knack for making complex concepts easily digestible
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams in realizing project goals
