We are currently seeking an experienced and highly capable Project Manager/Transition Manager to oversee the outsourcing of our IT infrastructure activities and teams to India.

This individual will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of the project, managing all phases from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement a robust transition strategy, including defining key performance indicators (KPIs), risk mitigation plans, and success metrics
• Oversee all project phases, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, control, and closure. Establish clear timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Build and manage high-performing transition teams, both internal and external, fostering collaboration and effective communication
• Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels to align expectations and secure necessary resources
• Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory compliance throughout the transition process
• Contribute to broader organizational initiatives such as communications, human resources, and contract negotiations
• Regularly travel to India to monitor project progress, address challenges, and drive successful execution

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• 5 years of proven experience as a Project or Transition Manager within IT infrastructure
• In-depth understanding of IT infrastructure components, including networks, servers, databases, and hardware/software systems
• Successful track record in managing complex outsourcing projects
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
