Responsibilities

Develop, design, create, modify, and/or test software applications or systems for various mobile software services
Work closely with product and design teams to build new and innovative application experiences for the Android platform
Implement custom native user interfaces using the latest Android programming techniques and development tools
Build reusable Android software components for interfacing with our back-end platforms
Identify and drive changes as needed for assigned codebase, product area, or systems
Analyze and optimize UI and infrastructure application code for quality, efficiency, and performance

Requirements

Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in building complex applications for Android phones and tablets
Experience in building maintainable and testable code bases, including API design and unit testing techniques
Proficiency with Android SDK
Experience with Java and Kotlin
Proficiency in multithreading programming and mobile memory management
Knowledge of client-server communication patterns such as REST, GraphQL, gRPC
Experience with relational databases, SQL, Linux or Unix, and algorithms
Familiarity with mobile architecture patterns like MVVM, VIPER, modularization, and dependency injection
B2+ English level

Nice to have

Experience of development for wearable devices is a big plus
Knowledge of React Native
Experience with Litho and Yoga
