Responsibilities

Manage and monitor project progress and adapt work as required
Ensure projects are completed within the specified time and quality standards
Coordinate and foster teamwork between all project stakeholders
Lead team stand-ups, planning, and review meetings
Assist team members in the agile project management approach
Understand needs, align projects to business goals, and manage project performance
Monitor and report on key Agile performance metrics to the leadership team
Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems in the project
Evaluate and manage project risk and develop risk mitigation strategies
Implement customer satisfaction metrics and ensure customer satisfaction
Implement standard agile methods, process improvements, and agile performance metrics (velocity, burn-down)
Ensure that the team is fully functional and productive and remove all possible obstacles on its way

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
Professional certification in PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus
Certification or experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Lean, Kanban, etc.)
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
Proficient in agile project management tools
Demonstrable experience in managing large-scale and complex projects
Proven ability to handle multiple projects while meeting deadlines and ensuring quality
Strong leadership, interpersonal, negotiation, and issue-resolution skills
Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
