Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor project progress and adapt work as required
- Ensure projects are completed within the specified time and quality standards
- Coordinate and foster teamwork between all project stakeholders
- Lead team stand-ups, planning, and review meetings
- Assist team members in the agile project management approach
- Understand needs, align projects to business goals, and manage project performance
- Monitor and report on key Agile performance metrics to the leadership team
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems in the project
- Evaluate and manage project risk and develop risk mitigation strategies
- Implement customer satisfaction metrics and ensure customer satisfaction
- Implement standard agile methods, process improvements, and agile performance metrics (velocity, burn-down)
- Ensure that the team is fully functional and productive and remove all possible obstacles on its way
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- Professional certification in PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus
- Certification or experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Lean, Kanban, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Proficient in agile project management tools
- Demonstrable experience in managing large-scale and complex projects
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects while meeting deadlines and ensuring quality
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, negotiation, and issue-resolution skills
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
