We are searching for a skilled Senior BI Analyst to join our team.

You will play a crucial role in reworking, improving, and maintaining existing systems, with a primary focus on establishing AWS connections for various data sources and migrating high-priority SAP reports. This role involves collaborating with both EPAM and external vendors to manage the generation of new reports and ensure regular data refresh cycles. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Microsoft Power BI, with additional skills in Amazon Web Services and Amazon Redshift being advantageous.

The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Greece.

Responsibilities

• Rework, improve, and maintain existing systems with a focus on establishing AWS connections for various data sources
• Collaborate with both EPAM and external vendors to manage the generation of new reports and ensure regular data refresh cycles
• Migrate high-priority SAP reports to other platforms
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and design effective BI solutions
• Develop and maintain complex DAX measures and Power Query M language transformations in Microsoft Power BI
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy through effective management of data refresh cycles
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for BI solutions
• Contribute to the development of data models, dashboards, and visualizations to support business decision-making
• Provide expertise and guidance on BI best practices and data analysis techniques
• Conduct training sessions and knowledge sharing with team members on BI tools and techniques

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Data Analysis, with a focus on BI Analysis
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Power BI
• Experience in managing data refresh cycles and ensuring data integrity and accuracy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• B2+ English level proficiency
