We are currently seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in understanding data sources, capturing requirements, and designing data analytics dashboards and reports. This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the development of insightful BI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Understand and capture requirements for dashboards, metrics, and KPIs
• Design or create data analytics dashboards and reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop ETL solutions
• Gather and analyze data from various contact center systems
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity
• Provide actionable insights to improve contact center operations
• Define and track KPIs relevant to contact center performance
• Utilize advanced analytics techniques to forecast trends and outcomes

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience
• Proficiency in data discovery, management, and profiling
• Solid understanding of SQL and cloud platforms, particularly Amazon Connect and Amazon Web Services
• Familiarity with BI artifacts documentation and data quality
• Expertise in Salesforce Tableau and Tableau Desktop
• Experience in analyzing unstructured data and performing data migrations
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, AWS Quick Sight, and Power BI
• Understanding of platform APIs and data model related to migration activities
• Capability to implement data quality checks and ensure data integrity
• Strong grasp of security concepts, security model, and data governance
• B2+ English level proficiency

Nice to have

• AWS Certified Data Analyst Certifications
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS (Amazon Redshift, S3, Athena, etc.) and Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.) for data storage, processing, and integration
• Skills with data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python
• Proficiency in Data Migration Techniques & Tools
• Knowledge of Verint and Amazon Connect
