We are looking fora Lead Java Platform Engineer to join our stellar team. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with clients, utilizing Workfusion's RPA, OCR and ML capabilities to solve real-world challenges across Finance, Insurance and Healthcare industries.

This position offers remote setup with the flexibility to work from any location in Georgia, whether it's your home, a well-equipped office in Tbilisi or coworking spaces in Batumi and Kutaisi.

Responsibilities

• Solve complex problems using WorkFusion
• Communicate closely with clients and partners
• Act as a stakeholder for the product team
• Take ownership of large projects
• Operate independently with minimal oversight
• Mentor and train team members
• Potential short-term business trips to the US/EU/Asia

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Java and Full stack development
• Proficiency in JavaScript and front-end frameworks
• Understanding of design patterns and Object-Oriented Programming
• Familiarity with distributed systems and application integration, such as REST
• Track record in cloud computing with platforms like AWS, Azure and Google Cloud Platform
• Basic knowledge of Unix/Linux and MS Windows
• Background in customer-facing roles
• B1+ English, both verbal and written
• Experienced in working with microservice architecture and performance improvements

• Experience with WorkFusion
• Skills in prototyping
• Competency in performance analysis
