We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Salesforce Engineer to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of Salesforce solutions that meet our business requirements. You will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining our Salesforce systems, ensuring they are efficient, scalable, and aligned with our company's goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions
• Configure product capabilities and features to meet business needs
• Develop and implement low-code automation processes
• Design and maintain data models
• Conduct unit testing to ensure functionality and reliability
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs
• Implement and maintain DevOps and CI/CD practices
• Guide the team in following Agile methodologies
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and analyze business requirements
• Mentor and support junior Salesforce engineers

Requirements

• Salesforce certifications
• Experience with product capabilities and features configuration
• Proficiency in low-code automation
• Strong understanding of data modelling
• Experience with unit testing
• Knowledge of APIs and integration
• Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Upper-Intermediate level of English, both spoken and written (B2+)
• Strong analytical skills to understand and translate business requirements
