We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Python Developer with expertise in LLM and AI to join our dynamic team at DIAL.

In this role, you will work at the forefront of technology, using the DIAL platform to create innovative solutions like StatGPT that revolutionize data access through the use of large language models based on NLP. This position offers a unique opportunity to blend mathematical, algorithmic, and programming skills to develop and implement cutting-edge solutions in challenging scientific domains.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize LLM-based solutions using Python
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies into the DIAL platform
• Conduct research to improve existing models and explore new techniques in AI and LLM
• Implement production-ready solutions and ensure their scalability and reliability
• Translate complex functional and technical requirements into detailed architecture and design
• Maintain and improve the performance of existing applications
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced team members
• Stay current with industry trends and new technologies in LLM and AI
• Contribute to the open-source community and adhere to Apache 2 license requirements

Requirements

• Strong knowledge in common Computer Science and Programming Languages theory
• Proficient in Python
• Familiarity with advanced algorithms and data structures
• Understanding of requirements development and domain-specific challenges
• Proven experience in AI and Large Language Models (LLM)
• Ability to conduct comprehensive research and implement findings
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field

Nice to have

• Experience with Python libraries such as Pandas, SciPy, Sklearn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, FastAPI, Streamlit, asyncio
• Exposure to OpenAI / Langchain / llamaindex / other LLM-related technologies
• Background in Java / C++ / C#
• Experience with data analytics
• Knowledge in Math, Statistics, Machine learning
