We are seeking a seasoned Senior Python Developer with expertise in LLM and AI to join our team.

In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and enhancing our innovative platforms, including StatGPT, which are designed to democratize data access using large language models (LLMs) based on Natural Language Processing (NLP). This position offers the opportunity to tackle complex challenges, contribute to open-source projects, and deliver solutions that significantly impact how businesses interact with data.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Python-based applications and platforms using LLM and AI technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret requirements
• Design and implement robust, scalable algorithms and data structures to enhance platform capabilities
• Conduct comprehensive research to inform development strategies and optimize performance
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code that adheres to best practices
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
• Debug and troubleshoot complex issues to ensure platform reliability
• Stay current with emerging trends and advancements in LLM, AI, and Python development
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team

Requirements

• Strong knowledge in common Computer Science and Programming Languages theory
• Good Knowledge of Python
• Understanding of requirements developments and ability to grasp domain-specific functionalities
• Advanced skills in algorithms and data structures
• Proven experience implementing production-ready solutions in challenging scientific or technical areas
• Ability to conduct research and efficiently implement ideas from research, analytics, or scientific articles
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Nice to have

• Proficiency with Python libraries such as Pandas, SciPy, Sklearn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, FastAPI, Streamlit, asyncio
• Experience with OpenAI, Langchain, llamaindex, or other LLM-related technologies
• Background in Java, C++, or C#
• Experience with data analytics
• Education or experience in Math, Statistics, or Machine Learning
