We are seeking a highly skilled Senior User Experience Designer to join our Nexus team.

This role requires a deep understanding of UX design and engineering principles to deliver exceptional end-user experiences. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams across different regions, balance multiple projects, and drive the creation of engaging and intuitive user interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with UX Research, Design, PM, and Engineering teams to define and execute products that enhance user experience
• Independently manage and execute prioritized design work to meet well-defined objectives
• Develop user journey flows, create mockups, and build prototypes for testing and product releases
• Effectively communicate design solutions through detailed documentation, presentations, and prototypes
• Present design concepts and updates to stakeholders, simplifying complex concepts into coherent design solutions
• Foster a collaborative environment and build consensus among team members and stakeholders
• Continuously evaluate and incorporate user feedback to refine design approaches
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices
• Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the project lifecycle
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the team's growth and knowledge sharing

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UX Design, Design Strategy, and Systems Thinking
• Familiarity with the Software Development Process and Developer Tools
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Google Workspace
• Experience with complex enterprise-class applications
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing software products/applications
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities
• Comprehensive understanding of the design process from concept to completion
• Knowledge of the impact of design on product value, user needs, business goals, and brand equity
• Experience in handling large data sets and translating data into user-friendly interfaces
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to use narratives and user journeys effectively
• Fluent English communication skills at a B2+ level
