We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Solution Architect with expertise in Datorama to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce technologies, including Datorama, and a proven track record in managing global and large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design Salesforce solutions using Datorama and other Salesforce technologies
• Lead the implementation and integration of Datorama within the Salesforce ecosystem
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret business requirements
• Develop and maintain scalable and efficient solutions that meet business needs
• Ensure solutions are delivered on time and within budget
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams
• Manage project scope and deliverables through effective change management
• Continuously stay updated with Salesforce releases and Datorama updates
• Conduct system performance testing to ensure the stability and scalability of the solution
• Document and maintain architecture diagrams and technical specifications

Requirements

• 12+ years of Salesforce experience with a strong focus on solution architecture
• Proficient in Datorama, Salesforce configurations, and Marketing Cloud
• Mandatory Certifications: App Builder, PD1, PD2, Marketing Cloud
• Experience with VisualForce, Apex classes, APEX Web services, and API
• Familiarity with AppExchange deployment, Flow, Aura component, and Lightning web component
• Significant experience managing global and large-scale projects
• Experience working with Marketing Cloud Integration (MCI)
• Proven ability to adapt to changes and resolve issues effectively
• Understanding of Agile methodology and experience working with product scrum teams
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a multi-cultural, multi-disciplinary team

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Additional Salesforce certifications
• Experience with other marketing technologies
