We are seeking a dedicated SME/Project Manager with expertise in digital payment solutions to join our innovative team.

You will be instrumental in leading our digital payment projects in Australia by providing expert knowledge in payment processes and steering our development team through agile methodologies for project success.

Responsibilities

• Oversee digital payment processes including reconciliation, process mapping, token migration, API integration, and operational readiness
• Conduct agile ceremonies to ensure robust and timely project completion
• Implement agile best practices as a scrum master to foster a cooperative and productive environment
• Act as the primary project contact, managing communication, expectations, and resolving conflicts
• Work collaboratively to define project scopes, set objectives, and allocate resources, aligning with business goals and customer needs
• Identify and mitigate risks to safeguard project timelines and outcomes
• Foster a culture of trust, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement within the team
• Track progress using KPIs, keep stakeholders updated, and ensure accountability
• Maintain high standards throughout the project lifecycle and conduct thorough testing for quality digital payment solutions
• Evaluate performance and identify areas for process enhancement to improve project outputs

Requirements

• 8+ years of project management experience in digital payments
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or comparable work experience
• Profound knowledge of digital payment processes like reconciliation, process mapping, API integration, Token Migration, etc
• Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and their practical application
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Experience in the digital payments sector, including familiarity with relevant technologies and regulations, is preferred
• Proficiency in project management tools (DevOps, JIRA, Confluence)
